Pair of Art Deco wall sconces attributed to PETITOT. Elegant late 1930s French design for dining, living or bedroom. Vintage original.
Bronze fixtures are in superb condition. Quality craftsmanship for which PETITOT, Paris is renown and sought after, not signed. Thick and heavy with a quality lacquer finish (very minor scratches to the lacquer at the bottom of some of the support arms). In the late 1930s PETITOT designs favoured simple pure shapes plus superior craftsmanship to create elegant lighting.
